Rates and seasons

Low season (rest of the year):

• 2 nights

High season (summer, Easter):.

• 5 nights

Mid season (intermediate dates):

Reservation and cancellation policy:

• A prepayment of 10% of the total reservation is required upon receipt of confirmation of availability. We accept prepayment by credit card or bank transfer.
• The rest of the payment will be made on the day of arrival at the apartment.
• Reservations must be made a minimum of 2 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

The deposit will be returned when:

• If cancellation is made at least 15 days in advance, 100% of the deposit is returned.
• For cancellations between 7 and 15 days in advance, 50% of the deposit is returned.
• If cancellation is made with less than 7 days notice, 100% of the deposit is retained.
